The bleachers have been installed!!! An amazingly quick and well done job by the crew from SAAFE along with electrician Scott Mayou gets us back in our gym within 3 days! Looking forward to putting them to use this basketball season! Handicap accessible, room on the South side for fans to walk BEHIND players, and the best thing of all? Electric motors!!!
Sorry for the confusion- the bulletin had the boys and girls 5/6 times backwards originally. Tonight's games AT Enemy Swim will be: 4:00 Girls, 4:45 Boys.
The Elks Hoop Shoot is next week!
The bleachers are now gone! A crew came today and hauled them off to their new venture as seating for bull sales! A few extra hands made it easy! Thanks, Alex Reyelts, Eli Hanson, and Superintendent Hulscher!

Well, they are officially all gone! And, we found some "relics" of a sort! Do you know these people? Are you one of them?? What stories do you have from what will now be known as "the good old days with wooden bleachers?"
Congratulations to the following girls for making the Varsity Basketball Cheer Team!
Parents/guardians and families,
We have three medical concerns that are showing up in the school recently and want to try as best as we can to be on top of these things and help you be proactive.
Strep Throat: We have had a number of students and staff with strep throat recently. Please remind your children that sharing food, drinks, etc. with others increases their chances of transmitting viruses and bacteria that cause strep.
Pink Eye: It seems like every day we are noticing more students and staff with pink eye. Make sure you are checking your child’s eyes in the morning or afternoon. You might notice a pink hue in the sclera or your child commenting on their eye being itchy. “Goop” or a “crust” found in the morning is often also an indicator of pink eye. The standard practice is 24 hours away from school with students returning once they have begun prescription drops for treatment.
Lice: Lice has been found on a few of our students throughout different grade levels over the past couple weeks. We have sent specific grade level information to families that have children in those classes where it has been found. Remind your children to not share hats, coats, scarves, etc.
Thank you for doing your best to protect your children as we work through this season of illness in our district. If you have any questions or concerns about your child, please contact the school.
Sincerely,
Grant Hanson, PK-8 Principal & AD
Larry Hulscher, 9-12 Principal & Superintendent
Thursday, November 16th, will be the football football and cheer awards banquet. It will be in Summit at 6:00pm. All players, cheerleaders, and family is invited to attend.
We will provide chicken, a drink, plates, and silverware. Families are asked to bring a dish to pass. Families whose last name starts with A to R bring some sort of dessert and families whose last name starts with S to Z bring a dish to pass (salads, vegetables, or hot dish) so we can have a potluck.
We will eat first, and the award program will follow.
Support our girls basketball program through this clothing fundraiser!
