Yesterday, students participated in a team building project in Ag class! 1st place highest points was 8th grade science with 61.25 points, 6.5 pieces of paper used and 74.25 inches tall, finished height. Credit to Team: Lorn, Robert, and Stella.
First place highest tower went to the Auto class with 61 points, 10 pieces of paper used and 81 inches tall! Credit to Team: Taedon, Ethan, Carter, and Noah!

If you intend to play JH Football this Fall with the Dakota Hills Grizzlies, equipment handout is TOMORROW, August 15th from 6:00 to 7:00pm in Wilmot! This will be held in the guys' locker room- head to the South side of the gym.

Wilmot is introducing LiveTicket.tv to our Wilmot fans! All of our games will be livestreamed on YouTube and we have the option of adding our own "sportscasters" to offer commentary during the games.

A reminder that every student NEEDS a physical to participate in interscholastic athletics in South Dakota! If you have not turned in a physical yet, you must have this in by the end of the week. Student athletes will NOT be able to participate if this is not turned in!
Based on state requirements, students cannot attend school without up-to-date immunizations. We need a copy of immunization records in the office ASAP. We are specifically looking for incoming 6th graders- they NEED Tdap & Meningococcal to be able to attend school this Fall.

This year, all sixth grade students will be taking a quarter of each: Art & Ag. They will also be required to take either Band or Choir, or they could choose to participate in both. On the days that sixth graders do not have band or choir, they will receive a study hall.
Seventh and Eighth grade students will have the choice of Art or Ag. This is a quarter class. In addition, students will be required to take a Computer class for one quarter and a Reading course for a semester. Students are REQUIRED to choose Band, Choir, or Both.
